The 47th annual reunion dinner took place at Dragons on 5th April. The 23 in attendance all hopefully enjoying the evening. See the dinner page for photo's.

A message from Jester Chris Boden - Between the dates of 18th-24th April this year I'm participating in the Namibia Desert Insurance Challenge organised by the Prince's Trust, As part of the Challenge I need to raise £2,750 in sponsorship which will go to help disadvantaged young people get started in the business world, my website will give a bit more detail.

The annual AGM was held on Thur 25th Oct at the usual venue, The Shoulder of Mutton, Northowram. As predicted the same jokes were wheeled out. Read the 'informal' minutes here.

The Jesters finished the season with 2 games at Athington!!!

A great day was had by all at Low Moor in the annual Jimmy Bastow memorial match where almost £400 was raised for the Jesters charity, ward 7 Bri (many thanks to all). The Jesters felt the might of Carl Harrisons bat, read all about it from our new correspondent, Stewart Dobson (self named RL - Rawdon Legend). The 2007 tour to Blackpool was a cricketing disaster with not a single ball bowled in the 3 scheduled fixtures with all the grounds saturated from the summers deluge. Alternative entertainment had to found - see tour photo's on the tour page
